Payment Policy

Prepayment is required for all courses to confirm your spot.


Cancellation Policy

We offer both virtual and in-class training.


For our virtual classes, we do not offer refunds since course materials are delivered directly to students well in advance of the course date.


We would, however, be happy to do a one-time transfer to another class, if requested, at no additional charge to you, no later than 14 days before the date of the first class.

If your child has not logged into the course within 20 mins of the course starting OR you are requesting your child be transferred to another course for any reason with less than 14 days notice there will be a $50 charge added to reserve the new spot.

Please note that your child MUST attend ALL sessions in the consecutive order that the course is delivered for their certificate to be valid.

For our in-class training, you must email us at least 30 days before the start date of a course to receive a refund of course fees. We will refund your course fee less a $20 administrative fee. If you contact us within 30 days but not less than 14 days of a course start date, we will be happy to do a one-time transfer to another course date at no additional charge to you. If you do transfer to another course date, you forfeit the right to cancel your registration and receive a refund.

There are no refunds or transfers to another course for no-shows. It is considered a no show if you get in touch or try leaving a voicemail with less than 14 days prior to the start of a course or do not show up to the course. Remember in order for the certificate to be valid your child must complete the whole course and must attend from start to finish in order for them to receive a certificate.

Please be mindful that our Instructor Youth Leaders are not paid by the hour and as a result may charge extra for waiting an unreasonable time for parents to pick up. $10 per 15 mins at the discretion of the Youth Leader.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us and the trust you place in us is pivotal to our success. We NEVER sell, lend, rent, share, or give our customer’s information to any one or any company for any reason.  We are, however, required to share your personal information with the Canadian Red Cross for record-keeping and certificate-issuing purposes.
